At Escalade Sports, we stand behind our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return new and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts to ensure eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
